Applications
The Multiphase Separator System is the ideal replacement for traditional three-phase separators. It is equipped to deliver immediate, emissions-free separation — and precise, real-time measurement — for both gas and oil well applications. In both cases, individual streams of oil, water and gas are measured to LACT quality and can then be recombined or transferred separately depending on an operator’s processes.
Gas Wells
In a wet gas condition, the Multiphase Separator System separates fluid from the gas stream. It then restructures the flow regime to a stratified flow and collects fluid condensates from the gas stream with no disruption and minimal-to-no pressure drop.
Oil Wells
In oil applications, the Multiphase Separator System diverts the gas phase from the liquids. Separation of the liquids occurs by dividing the individual liquid phases, which causes no disruption or delay in the flow.
